We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and cryptocurrency through Hoodpay. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment must be completed before order processing begins. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 12 to 24 hours.
All products are delivered digitally. Delivery details are sent to the email address provided during checkout. Standard delivery time is 12 to 24 hours. In some cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours during peak periods. If you do not receive your order within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
We offer warranty coverage on all products as specified in each product listing. If a product stops working within the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase if the product has not been delivered. Once delivery credentials are provided, refunds are not available. For disputes, please use our dispute resolution system.
You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, or share account credentials purchased from Ninjagamers. Violation of these terms may result in account termination without refund.
